ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Police and fire trucks converged in downtown Tamaqua Tuesday afternoon at the 100 block of East Broad Street, near the Five Points intersection. They were called there in response to multiple unknown-type alarms going off in the second floor of 120 East Broad St. Firefighters, carrying thermal imaging cameras, gained access and cleared the scene after being unable to find anything. Tamaqua Fire Police detoured SR209 traffic around the area.
