Penn State Master Food Preservers will be hosting a free canning question and answer session at the Tractor Supply store on Route 209 in Brodheadsville from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Bring your dial gauge pressure canner lid to be tested for accuracy. This gauge check should be done annually, and will be done while you wait at no charge.
