A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 1:39 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 29, along Schochary Road at Holbens Valley Road, in Lynn Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Zachary Michael Busch, 18, of New Tripoli, was stopped for multiple traffic violations. At the stop he was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, troopers said. Charges will be filed.
