SPISAK A daughter, Emma Jean Spisak, was born at 6:10 p.m., July 28, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, to Janiel and John Spisak of Allentown.

She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 21.5 inches.Maternal grandparents are Mark and Mary Jean Pfaff of Tannersville.Paternal grandparents are Vince and Fran Spisak of Lansford.
