The contract for the remodeling of the late Andrew J. Breslin garage at Summit Hill into a dress making factory has been awarded to Oliver Miller, Summit Hill, contractor. The property was purchase by William F. Sunshine, New York. He proposes to employ 200 girls in the manufacture of attire for women. Work is expected to be started in early September.
