State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

Troopers said William R. Elsley, of Brick, N.J., reported his vehicle stolen on June 16. The vehicle had been involved in a crash a few hours earlier. It was determined Elsley was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash.While being interviewed troopers detected alcohol on Elsley, who is under the legal age.As a result of an investigation Elsley was cited for underage consumption and false reports to law enforcement concerning his report of a stolen vehicle.It was also determiend that Mark J. Kennedy, also of Brick, had provided the alcohol to Elsley, and he was cited for furnishing, troopers said.
