A Schuylkill County teen is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident at a county mall.

State police at Frackville said Brandi Michelle Huber, 18, of Ashland, was arrested about 8:15 p.m. on Monday, July 16, at the DEB Shop store inside the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.She was observed by store personnel taking several items into a dressing room and then walking out without paying for them.It was later discovered by the store manager that Huber concealed various items of clothing and then discarded them behind a trash can in the store's bathroom when escorted back to the store office.
