A son, Gannon Scott Silfies, was born at 9:09 p.m., April 25, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, to Danielle Hunsicker and Eric Silfies, both of Lehighton. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Robert and Gina Hunsicker of Jim Thorpe.Paternal grandmother is Debbie Silfies of Lehighton.
