James D. Zurn, local realtor, was accepted into the Pennsylvania Association of Realtor's® Leadership program, LeadershipPAR.

LeadershipPAR is a year-long program headquartered in Harrisburg, PA that only accepts about a dozen Realtors® throughout the state each year.Zurn is a Realtor® with Cedar Creek Real Estate and has been in the real estate business for eight years. According to Brenda Florida, director of Member Services at the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, "LeadershipPAR is for members who are serious about growing their leadership skills. It's a challenging and rewarding leadership development program."LeadershipPAR participants attend retreats that focus on team building skills, public speaking, working with volunteers, government affairs and how to improve and expand your leadership style. By participating in LeadershipPAR, Zurn can use his new found skills to better serve his community and his business.
