Melanie Dale, 104 Lansford Court, 28, On Feb. 29, at 2:42 p.m., police were dispatched to 104 Lansford Court for drug overdose. Investigation led that Dale bought some controlled substance and was had a bad reaction to them. There was a child in her apartment with her. She was charged with possesion of controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children.
