A Tamaqua woman has been cited after apparently having too much alcohol to drink on April 20.

Officers were dispatched to the Penn and Oak streets area at 6:09 a.m. and found Shawn Lorraine Bush, 40, asleep in the gutter, wedged between a parked Chevy Blazer and the curb.She was cited for public drunkenness.
