A Summit Hill woman was charged after she created a disturbance in Summit Hill.

According to borough police, on March 18, at 1:04 p.m., police were called to the area of 128 W. Hazard St.Upon arrival, they found Ashley Orach, 26, of 10 S. Pine St., in the area causing a disturbance.She was charged with disorderly conduct.
