They were married April 28, 1984.Derek Jones, 306 Mush Dahl Road, New Ringgold, filed suit for divorce from Tara Lucas Monk Jones, 530 McIntosh Lane, of Andreas, West Penn Township. They were married Feb. 13, 2012.Ashley Rachael Dombrowski, 92 Vista Road, Klingerstown, filed suit for divorce from Jonathan Ryan Dombrowski, 1239 E. Market St., Mahanoy City. They were married June 19, 2006.Divorces grantedJennifer L. Rosenberger was granted a divorce from Mark L. Rosenberger, both of Pottsville. They were married Oct. 18, 1997.Christopher A. Sherwood, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Treacher Ann Marie Chan Sherwood, Saint Thomas. They were married March 29, 1999.Pleads guiltyShane Michael Drumheller, 29, Elysburg, Northumberland County, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin to serve one to five years in a state correctional facility, pay a fine of $2,500 and court costs, pay $300 to the Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $100 to the Catastrophe fund, $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) and his driver's license is suspended 18 months.On a charge of reckless driving he must make restitution of $600 to Joan Taylor and $18,906.41 to Westfield Insurance Company. On summary charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle he was sentenced to serve an additional six to 12 months in prison. On a charge of driving while his license was suspended was fined $200 plus $50 costs.The sentence is to run consecutive to a sentence imposed by Judge Charles M. Miller last Nov. 8 to serve nine months to five years on a DUI charge. His total aggravated state sentence comes to two years, three months to 11 years.Placed in ARDTwo motorist were placed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program.Adam Siket, 26, Pottsville, who was charged with DUI of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, was placed for 12 months, and assessed $500 fee to defray cost of the program, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, a $50 monthly fee for each month on probation, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, perform 10 hours community service, complete alcohol highway safe driving school, and driver's license is suspended 60 days. On a summary charge of stop sign violation was fined $25 plus $50 costs.Benjamin J. Johnson, 19, Martinsburg, W. Va., who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia when stopped in Minersville, was placed for 12 months, assessed $350 for the program, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, a $50 monthly probation fee, and perform 10 hours community service.Revoke paroleJames S. Smith, 46, of 19 Main St., New Philadelphia, had his parole revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and his 602 days of liberty disallowed and added to his maximum date for release. His prison confinement is also changed from the county prison to a state correctional facility.His probation was revoked after a hearing in court in which his probation officer charged he failed to report in 48 hours of a new arrest, failed to complete intensive outpatient treatment at the Good Samaritan Hospital Center for Community Services and operated a vehicle without a valid driver's license.He had entered a guilty plea to DUI on June 16, 2009, and was sentenced to serve one to five years in the county prison and after he served his minimum time was placed on parole.Bail hearingsBrandon Merwine, 26, village of Joliette, Tremont Township, had his bail reduced from $5,000 straight cash to $5,000 percentage and he must reside at 288 Main St., Joliett, and cannot change his address without notifying the district attorney. Merwine faces charges of receiving auto parts stolen from David Shipe, Joliett, and several summary motor vehicle code violations.
