Anyone involved in an accident resulting in personal injury will be required to submit to a re-examination for his driver's license, Secretary of Revenue J. Griffith Boardman declared yesterday. Boardman stated: "I believe that when this part of the program is put into action we will see a great reduction in accidents." He asserted that hearings would be held in the future on the facts of the case in every accident involving personal injury, and that the department would refuse to "fix" any motor vehicle case.
