A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 8:21 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18.

State police at Frackville said David P. Lukashunas, 48, of Shenandoah, was stopped along SR54 at Vine St., in Shenandoah, for a traffic violation. He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test.The test revealed he was over the legal limit and will be charged, troopers said.
