Bruce Miller, a service technician for Charles S. Snyder Inc., has achieved factory certification as a Gold Level service technician from STIHL Inc., a leading manufacturer of chain saws and handheld outdoor power equipment.

"This is our second technician to complete the gold level certification", said Ann Fogel of Charles S. Snyder Inc.

A technician attending a Gold Level training class receives three days of intensive, advanced training. The final exam consists of a written test, actual product troubleshooting, and a "hands-on" practical exam.
