Schuylkill break-ins probed

State police at Frackville are investigating several burglaries that occurred at Schuylkill County locations.

Troopers said a property at 4 (rear) Fourth St., Kelayers, Kline Township, was entered sometime between 10 p.m. June 29 and 6 a.m. June 30. Taken was a HP desktop computer model Pavilion Slimline 5310; HP 18.5 inch flatpanel LCD computer display monitor; and a HP Photosmart model C4700 all-in-one printer/scanner/fax. The property is owned by Matthew Corra, 41, and Kelee Richard, 39, of Kelayres.

Troopers are probing three reported break-ins at Guers Dairy property, located along Tumbling Run Road, in Blythe Township, occurring on different dates.

Sometime between May 23-24, entry was gained to an unoccupied residence on the dairy site by kicking in a door on the north side. Once inside the criminals removed a thermostat from a wall.

The second entry occurred between 9:30 p.m. June 20 and 2:50 a.m. on June 21, a screen from a window located on a building on the northeast corner of the dairy property, was removed to gain entry. Once inside removed was 150-feet of No. 8 wire. The criminals then went into a access building and removed 300-feet of No. 12 black wire, 500-feet of Nov. 3 wire, 250-feet of No. 12 wire, and 100-feet of No. 4 wire.

They then went through a garage door located on the east side where they loaded the wire onto a vehicle parked there and fled.

The third incident occurred sometime between 9:30 p.m. on June 27 and 2:50 a.m. June 28, a semi-trailer was entered that is located on the southwest corner of the dairy. Once inside the trailer the criminals attempted to enter the dairy itself but were unable and fled the scene.
