Whoa-Riders 4-H Horse and Pony Club is now accepting new members in Carbon County. Any child interested in horses or equines, who are between the ages of 8 and 19, is welcome to join. Positions for members are limited. Members will learn leadership skills, volunteer for their community, learn about equines and have fun.
