Show your support for the Palmerton Area Library by making a donation today.The Knitting Club meets the first and third Monday of each month from 6-8 p.m. It is free and open to anyone interested in knitting and crocheting of all skill levels. Call soon since class size is limited.The Palmerton Area Library basement book sale is open regular library hours. New books arrive on a weekly basis as well as movies, puzzles and CD's.Volunteers are always needed to sort and place books on shelves.Adults, teens and kids, sign up for the "Star Chain" contest. Read as many books as you can this summer and compete in your age group for fun prizes. The contest will run until Sept. 1.
