Slip and fall suit
Deborah McBridge, 53 Bear Creek Drive, Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Wal-Mart Stores Inc., 703 SW Eighth St., Bentonville, Ark., over an incident at the company's store at 1204 Blakeslee Drive East, Lehighton.
The suit states on May 2, 2010, the plaintiff was in the store as a customer when she was caused to slip and fall due to a dangerious condition that existed at the end of an aisle. She sustained injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages not in excess of $50,000.
