Published April 11. 2012 05:01PM

Carbon County Association of REALTORS is hosting a Home Buyer's Seminar from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 16 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Luther Hall.

The seminar brings together all the services home buyers need in one convenient location from the area's leading mortgage professionals, home inspectors and attorneys, just to name a few.

When you enter the Home Buyer Seminar, the first thing you'll notice is that nobody is there to sell you anything.

The areas most knowledgeable and respected industry experts are available "by invitation only." These professionals are dedicated to educating home buyers about the services that may be needed when you purchase a new home.

During the Home Buyer Seminar, everyone is invited to talk to as many people as you like, ask as many questions as you have, and walk away with an invaluable education in exactly what it takes to buy a home. Best of all, these experts will tailor their responses to your individual situation whether you're curious about tax credit eligibility, your FICO score, or finding the mortgage that fits your long-term financial goals.

Whether you're a first time buyer, an experienced homeowner, or in the market for an investment or vacation property, you're sure to pick up useful advice, right from the experts. There's no selling, no commitment, simply the best opportunity to learn from leading professionals everything you need to know to buy a home.

Do you have questions about refinancing? The area's top lenders will be there to answer any questions you may have. No commitments. Lenders giving you the knowledge you need .

Also, don't miss the Countywide Open House on Sunday, April 29. Carbon County REALTORS will have over 50 homes open for your viewing. Watch for upcoming details in the TIMES NEWS or "like" our Facebook page at Carbon County Realtors.
