Pocono Mountain Regional Police report the arrest of Adriana Smith, 18, of Tobyhanna, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on Dec. 23 along Knoll Terrace in Tobyhanna.

Police said the arrest was made after they were called at 12:37 a.m. to the Pocono Country Place development to assist development security with a suspicious vehicle.
