A criminal mischief incident that was reported at 7:13 p.m. Dec. 25 in Ross Township, Monroe County, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The incident happened at 326 Weir Lake Road. The victim is Julie Ann Parry, 42, of Ross Township.She told police someone damaged the windshield of her 1997 Dodge Caravan.
