State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft from vehicle incident at a Schuylkill County mall.

Troopers said the 1991 Ford Ranger of John Stephens III, 54, of Bernville, Berks County, was entered while parked in a lot near Boscov's Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall in Norwegian Township. Taken from the vehicle was four packages, a key chain and a lunch bag from the front passenger side.The incident occurred sometime between noon and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
