Four Coaldale residents charged with possessing materials to manufacture an illegal drug were among 29 who were arraigned Monday before District Attorney James P. Goodman at the Schuylkill County courthouse and all entered not guilty pleas to the criminal charges brought against them.

Tyler Matthew Strawdinger, of 101 E. High St., charged by Coaldale Patrolman Charles Blesse, with criminal conspiracy, four counts of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.Information filed to court states when a probation officer visited the home he noticed material used to manufacture methanphetamine, plus 43 bags of heroin and summoned police.James R. Levan, 20, of 101 E. High St., Coaldale, charged by Blesse with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (CS), four counts of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture drugs, two counts of possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.Michelle Linda Romig, 37, of 101 E. High St., charged by Patrolman Blesse with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, four counts of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture drugs, two counts of possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Information filed to court states a probation officer went to the residence to talk to Romig about placement in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program reserved for first offenders when he saw the material used to manufacture drugs.Patrick Michael Shoemaker, of 101 E. Chief David Mattson followed him into the store and Cicioni pointed the gun at the chief who ordered the customers to get down on the floor of the store and finally Cicioni surrendered to the police.Dorothy Lois Molion, 39, of 27 Center St., Tamaqua, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Michael Hobbs, with retail theft of three packs of gum valued at $2.59 from Boyer's Food Market.Leonard A. Ruggiero, 53, of 101 First St., Coaldale, charged by Coaldale Patrolman Charles Blesse, with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia last November and April.Justin Ryan Green, 24, of 128 Pine View Lane, New Ringgold, charged by Pottsville Cpl. Francis Lynagh, with forgery, escape from police custody, criminal attempt to commit theft and resisting arrest.Information filed to court states last June 9 Green removed himself from police custody when confronted at drive thru window of Sovereign Bank, while attempting to cash forged check and fled on foot but was apprehended a few blocks away from the bank on Howard Avenue.
