Stehr, Klingerstown, Upper Mahantongo Township, was granted a divorce from Timothy E. Stehr Sr., Pitman, Eldred Township. They were married July 21, 2008.Jacob C. Kairitis was granted a divorce from Jacqueline G. Kairitis, both of Pottsville. They were married Aug. 11, 1990.Revoke paroleJeremy J. Cieniawa, 21, Hazleton, had his parole revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence. His 523 days of liberty were disallowed, creating a new maximum date for release will be Jan. 7, 2013, however, he will be eligible for parole in four months. Cieniawa had pleaded guilty in August 2009 to retail theft from Walmart Store in Rush Township and was sentenced to serve three to 23 months in the county prison.Marc Benjamin, 45, Shenandoah, had his parole revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and his 618 days of liberty were taken away and his new maximum date for release was extended to June 6, 2015. He was given credit for having served 35 days in prison after being committed for parole violation and was immediately reparoled based upon the verication of his address through the adult probation office. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) and after serving one month in the county prison was released on parole for five years.Revoke probationGregory Alan Aungst, 39, Harrisburg, had his probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and he was re-sentenced to serve 30 days to 12 months in the county prison. He had pleaded guilty in February 2008 to theft of a car and was placed on probation.Increase conditionsKeith Burton Weider Jr., 44, Pottsville, had conditions of his probation increased. He will be subject to the probation department's special conditions governing intensive probation sex offenders program, he shall remain enrolled in sexual offender counseling and treatment provided by Psychological Association of Schuylkill County and shall comply with recommendations and directives from Service Access and Management. Weider had pleaded guilty to charges of possession of child pornograph and after serving 11 and 1/2 months in the county prison was released on probation.
