One person was injured Sunday afternoon when involved in a crash along SR209 near the intersection with Beechwood Inn Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. State police at Fern Ridge said Adrienne A. Riegel, 37, of Saylorsburg, was operating a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser northbound when she failed to negotiate a left hand curve in the road. The vehicle went onto the berm and through a small ditch then struck a tree. Riegel was injured and taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, by West End ambulance.
