Devine and a 17-year-old male, also from Tobyhanna, were arrested and charged with burglary and related offenses. Police obtained a search warrant for Devine's residence and recovered stolen property from the initial burglary and also from other burglaries that occurred in the area.

Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call police at (570)-895-2400.
