The Schuylkill County coroner ruled the death of an 18-year-old Berks County man Sunday at Tuscarora State Park in Schuylkill County as accidental.

State police at Frackville said Gicardo Jeanbaptiste, 18, of Lenhartsville, was at the park with a church group about 5:30 p.m. when he apparently walked into the water to a spot where there is a deep drop.Another person in the group who saw Jeanbabaptiste flailing in the water and tried to help but Jeanbaptiste began struggling and pulled the rescuer under the water.Jeanbaptiste did not survive, despite a quick rescue effort by emergency responders.
