Saylorsburg scouts accepting members

Boy Scout Troop 109, Saylorsburg is accepting new members. Boys between the ages of 10-18 are invited to attend a meeting on Tuesday nights from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Church, old Route 115, between Kunkletown road and the Saylorsburg Post office.

There are numerous adult merit badge counselors. The troop is a community active, involving itself with mystery trips, campouts, projects, working with organizations like Operation Touch of Home, which supports troops deployed overseas. The Charter organization is St. Peter's U.M.C., Saylorsburg.
