Credit defaults

The following actions have been filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

CACH, 4340 S. Monaco St., Denver, Colo., filed against Larry Young, 2292 Buck Mountain Rd., Weatherly, seeking $8,724.33.

Commonwealth Financial Systems Inc., 245 Main St., Dickson City, filed against Naniece Whiteko, 164 Hudsondale St., Weatherly, seeking $3,815.58.

Asset Acceptance, 28405 Vay Dyke, Warren, Mich., filed five actions as follows: David E. Rex, 34 E. Holland St., Summit Hill, seeking $2,492.29; Toby M. Kralik, 788 Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, seeking $4,617.22, a second action was filed against Kralik seeking $11,735.36; Scott Heffelfinger, 235 Ski View Drive, Palmerton, seeking $3,080.99; and Cathy Maiello, 1006 North St., Weatherly, seeking $1,531.90.

Midland Funding, 8875 Aero Drive, San Diego, Calif., filed against Cherylann Haas, 343 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, seeking $3,315.59.

Arrow Financial Services, 5996 W. Touhy Ave., Niles, Ill., filed against Christine Frank, 537 E. Abbott St., Lansford, seeking $4,001.18.

Discover Bank, 6500 New Albany Rd., New Albany, Ohio, filed six actions as follows: Andrew R. Posacki, 128 W. Bertsch St., Lansford, seeking $8,369.81; Kurt D. Divorces started

Andrew J. Heffler, 226 E. Snyder Ave., Lansford, filed against Cheryl Heffler, 328 N. Main St., Apt. B, Moscow, Lackawanna County. They were married Aug. 23, 2003.

Donald S. Kistler, 76 Friendship Rd., Lehighton, filed against Debra A. Kistler, 176 S. Second St., Lehighton. They were married June 5, 1998.

Edward B. Schussler, 742 SR534, Albrightsville, filed against Deborah M. Schussler, 343 Hamilton St., Allentown. They were married May 17, 1985.

Tomasz Kaczmarek, 1098 Indian Mountain Lakes, Albrightsville, filed against Sylvia Kaczmarek, 8025 Hillcrest Drive, Tobyhanna. They were married Dec. 20, 2003.

Mortgage foreclosures

The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans.

HSBC Bank USA, 4650 Regent Blvd., Irving, Tex., filed against Main Street Rental Properties LLC, 93-95 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, over property at that address. Sought is $92,230.62 and continuing interest.

Deutsche Bank National Trust, 1661 Worthington Rd., West Palm Beach, Fla., filed against Ryszard Kaczynski, 606 Jeffers Way, aka, 51 Milton Way, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $146,716.04 and continuing interest.

Midfirst Bank, 999 N.W. Grand Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Okla., filed against Paul D. and Nancy S. Van Osten, 15 Scenic View, Lehighton, over property at that address. Sought is $143,848.82 and continuing interest.

Line of credit

Sunbelt Rentals Inc., 2341 Deerfield Drive, Fort Mill, S.C., filed a civil complaint against D&A Rubbish Removal Corp., 825 Green St., Lehighton, and Timothy Donato, 286 W. Second St., Deer Park, N.Y.

The suit states the plaintiff advance the defendants a line of credit which is now in default. Sought is $6,650.76 plus interest, costs and fees.

Loan default

The Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, One Credit Union Place, Harrisburg, filed a complaint against Thelora Weaver, 23 Cub Lane, Jim Thorpe, alleging a default on a loan agreement. Sought is $1,945.65.

Owed for services

Paramount Abstract Inc., 56 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, filed a complaint against Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, 2799 Wells Fargo Way, Minneapolis, Minn.

The suit states the defendant hired the plaintiff to conduct a closing and disbursement of monies to various parties. The suit states the defendant was to deposit monies to cover the services rendered in the closing but has failed to do so. Sought is $9,621.50.
