A mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law were both cited following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 28, along Virginia Avenue, Shenandoah Heights, West Mahanoy Township.Troopers said Susan Schistle, 54, and her daughter-in-law, Jordan Schistle, 22, of Hamburg, engaged in a physical altercation.Both were issued non-traffic citations for harassment, troopers said.
