Rachel Rega, daughter of Shannon and Leona Rega of Tamaqua, has been accepted and plans to attend Lycoming College in the fall of 2010.

A graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Rega was a six-year member of the Raider marching band, a three-year member of the drama club; a varisty cheerleader; member of the O'Ambassadors; treasurer of the German club; and a member of the German National Honor Society.A student of the Pennsylvania Performing Arts Academy, she was a member of a dance team that performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.
