CROMER A son, Charles Graham Cromer, was born at 3:58 p.m. on April 15, 2010 at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center in Virginia, to Ryan and Julie Matyascik Cromer of Norfolk, Va.

He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 20 inches long.The new baby was welcomed home by his older sister, Ruth, 18 months.Maternal grandparents are Bernard and Nancy Matyascik of Summit Hill.Paternal grandparents are Kennard and Faye Cromer of Salem, Ind.
