Amanda Migneco, daughter of Frank and Linda Migneco, White Haven, has been named Senior of the Month for March at Weatherly Area High School.

Amanda is president of the Student Government Association, secretary of the WAHS chapter of the National Honor Society, and a member of the high school band and chorus, prom committee, Envirothon, Science Olympiad and Junior Leadership. She also served as SGA vice president and class president in past years.In the community, Amanda is involved with the March of Dimes, Bowl for Kids' Sake, Technology for the Elderly and Girl Scouts. She has done volunteer work for the White Haven Library and WVIA.Amanda is employed at the White Haven Market.Sponsors for the month of March are David Feaster Excavating and Delrose Awards.
