President Roobhenn Smith will be in charge of the session and asks all parents, coaches and officers to attend.Absentee votingRegistered voters for the May 18 Primary Election who are unable to get to the voting precincts due to absence from the municipality or medical reasons can vote by absentee ballot. Child care will be provided.LansfordLansford AliveThe board of directors of Lansford Alive met April 22 at Rosie's Restaurant, reviewing potential projects to be funded with funds remaining from the Rural Business Enterprise Grant.The board decided to meet with a representative of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development Initiative, the funding source.The meeting will be scheduled for the very near future in order to receive approval for the suggested projects.The next regular meeting of Lansford Alive, general membership, will be held May 13, at 6:30 p.m., at Rosie's Restaurant.
