State Rep. Keith McCall said a nonprofit credit counseling service will offer free services to residents of Carbon County at his Albrightsville office on Feb. 10.

"The two most important things a person can do when debt gets overwhelming are get the facts and be as proactive with creditors as possible," McCall said. "Consumer Credit Counseling is a nonprofit company based in northeastern Pennsylvania that has offered to provide free services to people of our area.
