A Schuylkill County teen is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident on Saturday, Jan. 30, about 5:20 a.m.

State police at Frackville said Mitchell Chapman, 19, of Pottsville, was driving a 2008 Hyundia SanteFe southbound on High Road in Cass Township when his vehicle struck a parked 2005 Dodge Neon owned by John Sekeller.Chapman was found to be under the influence and was transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center South, Pottsville, for a blood test.The DUI charge is pending the test results, troopers said.
