Wedding pictures and stories are published free up to six months after the wedding. After the deadline, there is a $50 charge.Photos are published in black and white for free. There is a $35 fee to publish in color; color birth announcements are $15. Scanned pictures or those printed on a home computer cannot be used. To submit a digital photo via e-mail, take the picture with the camera set at the highest resolution, and send full size to
