The suit states the parties entered a broker-salesperson contract for sales and rental of real estate under the real estate brokerage license of the plaintiff. The agreement ran from January 1998 until voluntary termination on Sept. 17, 2010.
The suit claims Jeanne Bingham was a salesperson, associate broker, bookkeeper/treasurer for which she received a salary. Also, vice president and responsible for maintaining company records, confidential information and bookkeeping.
On May 2007 through Aug. 2008 she acquired 1,000 shares of the plaintiff.
The suit alleges that Jeanne Bingham violated and continues to violate the agreement by furnishing to other persons, firms, companies and coprorations engaged in real estate business information with respect to the plaintiffs' business. The suit also alleges that Jeanne Bingham continues to remove files from the office, maps, books, publications, card records and investor information.
The suit alleges breach of confidential infomation and sought is a judgment in excess of $50,000 on each of four counts.
