Keri Sue Harris and Jeremy LaClair are wed

Keri Sue Harris, daughter of Peggy Sue O'Donnell of Jim Thorpe and George and Patricia Harris of Lehighton, and Jeremy LaClair, son of Phil and Jill LaClair of Evans Mills, N.Y., were united in marriage on Sept. 18, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Church in Jim Thorpe. The Rev. James Ward officiated at the double ring ceremony. Karen Horvath was the organist, while the bride's aunt, Tracy-Jo Strohl of Poughkeepsie, was the vocalist.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride had two matrons of honor: Kristin O'Donnell-Herman of Jim Thorpe, her cousin; and Jessica McCarroll of Lehighton.Bridesmaids included Bridget Johnston, Jim Thorpe; Jessica LaClair, Dannemora, N.Y., sister of the bridegroom; Mollie Llewellyn, Bethlehem, cousin of the bride; Erica O'Donnell, Jim Thorpe, cousin of the bride; and Jennifer Pavalko, Tamaqua.Junior bridesmaids included Erin McGinley and Ally McGinley, Lehighton, cousins of the bride.Best man duties were performed by Christopher LaClair, Philadelphia, brother of the bridegroom.Groomsmen included Kevin Ludwig, Fairport, N.Y., cousin of the bridegroom; Jimmy Joe Boyle, Rockaway, N.J.; Bob Sines, Dannemora, N.Y.; Bill Luquette, Nashua, N.H.; Charles Prior, Manlius, N.Y.; and Dan Sullivan, Providence, R.I.The ring bearer was Kalib LaClair, Philadelphia, nephew of the bridegroom.Readers were Maggie Clay, Jim Thorpe; Crystal LaClair, Philadelphia, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; Janel Jones, Waldwick, N.J.; and Noreen Boyle, Rockaway, N.J.The couple welcomed family and friends to a reception at Flagstaff Ballroom in Jim Thorpe; followed by a two-week honeymoon in Kapalua, Maui.Prenuptial parties included a bridal shower on July 17 at Macaluso's at The Lantern, Nesquehoning, hosted by the mothers of the bride and bridegroom, and the bridal party.The new Mrs. LaClair holds a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware, Newark, Del. She is employed by the County of Northampton, Easton, Pa., as a probation and parole officer.Mr. LaClair holds a bachelor of arts degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. He is employed by Kiewit Infrastructure, Woodcliff Lake, N.J. as a civil engineer and is currently the project manager of the "Amtrak Hell Gate Bridge Ballast Protection" project in New York, N.Y.The bride is the granddaughter of Charles and Judy Harris, Lehighton, and the late Fran and Margie O'Donnell. Her husband is the grandson of Wallace and Joan LaClair of Evans Mills, and the late Giles and Patricia Holtzman.
