Luzerne County Court House and adjacent county buildings, including the prison and women's detention home, had heat yesterday - through the courtesy of the Lehigh Valley Railroad. The county commissioners arranged with officials to borrow a steam locomotive which augmented the meager steam supply being fed into the county buildings. The lack of heat was caused by the necessity of replacing steam boilers at the prison, which supplies heat to the Court House and other county buildings.
