Credit defaults

Crash suit

Terrance L. Snyder, 351 W. Mill St., Nesquehoning, filed a action against Mark E. Michlovsky, 264 Center Rd., Lehighton.

The suit states a crash occurred on Dec. 12, 2009, along SR54 west of Tippets Rd., Nesquehoning, in which it is alleged a vehicle operated by defendant crossed the road and collided into the plaintiffs' vehicle. Negligence is alleged and sought is damages "in excess of compulsory arbitration limits."

Medical suit

Rachele G. and Damon Gaun, 134 N. Sixth St., Bangor, filed an action against James C. Gruber and Scott E. Gruber, both licensed physicians, at 171 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.

The suit states Rachele Gaun was a patient of the defendants for a left foot pain problem. Surgery was performed, according to the suit, and it is alleged that it was not done properly with the allegations detailed in the suit.

Sought is damages in excess of $50,000 against both defendants.

Medical bill

Remit Corporation, 36 W. Main St., Bloomsburg, for Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, filed an action against Gary Smith, 130 S. Sixth St., Lehighton, alleging he owes a bill for medical services provided. Sought is $3,762.95 plus costs, fees and interest.

Equipment default

Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, 733 Marquette Ave., Minneapolis, Minn., filed an action against Alliance Sand Operations, and Alan Siberini, both of 415 Golf Rd., Palmerton, alleging the defendants defaulted on a combination note and security agreement for the purchase of certain equipment.
