A driver received a minor injury in a one vehcile crash that occurred about 8:49 a.m. on Nov. 14 along Pheasant Run Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Megan A. Hill, 24, of Kunkletown, failed to negotiate a curve with her 2000 Nissan Xterra leaving the road and hitting an embankment.Troopers said Hill was cited for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed.Troopers also reported investigating a crash about 8:37 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, along SR715 in Jackson Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Patrick M. Maranuk, 23, of Kunkletown, was southbound and failed to stop for a stop sign as Priscilla Frailey, 25, of Stroudsburg, was pulling from Cays Road to cross 715. Troopers said Maranuk's 2007 Chevrolet Colorado struck Frailey's 2004 Pontiac Grand Am.Frailey was injured and taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, while Maranuk was uninjured.Troopers cited Maranuk for a stop sign violation.
