Country singer Tracy Byrd performs Friday at Penn's Peak

A treat is in store for country music fans tomorrow night at Penn's Peak when appearing on stage is singer Tracy Byrd.

The talented performer had such hits as "Keeper of the Stars," "Drinkin' Bone," "Watermelon Crawl," and "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo."Tickets are $32 and $37. The show time is 8 p.m.His first number one hit, "Holdin' Heaven," was released in 1993. It wasn't until 2002 that he scored his second chart topper, "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo."Byrd is a native Texan who is the National Spokesperson for Special Olympics.He and his wife, Michele, have two children, Eve Elisabeth, 15, and Logan Lynn, who is two today."I love being a family man and especially being a father," he is quoted as saying in his biography. "It's the coolest thing, and I want to be the best at it that I can."He lists as his musical influences Bob Wills, Merle Haggard, and George Strait.His discography consists of nine studio albums, four compilation albums, and 35 singles.Other top 10 hits besides those listed above include "Big Love," "Don't Take Her She's All I Got," "I'm From the Country," "Lifestyles of the Not So Rich and Famous," "The First Step," "I Wanna Feel That Way Again," and "Just Let Me Be In Love."
