State police at Frackville are investigating a home invasion incident that occurred on Wednesday at a residence in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said a resident along Summer Valley Road, opened the door of her home for a male individual who said he was from the gas company. Once reaching the basement level of the home the victim became uneasy and went back upstairs.When she got to the first floor she observed three more male individuals in her home. When she attempted to call 9-1-1, one of the individuals pulled the phone from out of the woman's hand.The four then fled the home and got in a blue, four-door vehicle. Troopers did not indicate if anything was taken from the home.The only description of the four were that they were between the ages of 20-30, white or light-skinned Hispanics.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
