Monroe man facing mischief charge

A Monroe County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident that occurred about 5:23 p.m. on Sunday, June 9.

State police at Lehighton alleges that Brian Piwoski, 52, of Kunkletown, kicked James Gray's, 44, also of Kunkletown, mini chopper motorcycle causing it to fall to the ground. The bike sustained minor damage to the gas tank, foot peddle, and rear fender, troopers said.The incident occurred in front of 214 Pioneer Road, in Polk Township.Troopers also reported on another criminal mischief incident.Brian Snyder, of Stroudsburg, reported damage to his 2001 GMC Sierra that occurred while parked in the 200 block of Silver Springs Blvd., in Eldred Township, Monroe County. The damage, to items under the hood and paint of the driver's side, occurred sometime between midnight and 2 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, troopers said.
