The driver and his passenger were cited following a vehicle stop in Lehigh County.

State police at Foglesville said they stopped a vehicle about 2:27 a.m. on Dec. 29 along SR863 at Allemaengel Rd., in Lynn Township, for a traffic violation.The driver was identified as Shawn Christopher Boland, 21, of Walnutport. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for driving under the influence (DUII) of alcohol. His passenger, Sean Curtis Knapp, 20, of Slatington, was found to have consumed alcohol and was cited for underage drinking, troopers said.The DUI charge against Boland is pending blood test results, troopers noted.
