Nesquehoning police recently released the list of citations officers issued for incidents in the borough.

Nontraffic citations

• Five citations were issued for not obtaining moving permits when moving either into or out of the borough.

• One citation for exceeding the allowed time for a dumpster to be on a borough street.

• One citation for not maintaining the exterior of a property.

• One citation for not paying a sanitation bill from April through September.

• One citation for a bad check being written to the borough.

Traffic citations

• Two citations for tractor-trailers traveling on Route 93 when they are prohibited.

• One driver was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance and not having proper registration.

• One driver was cited for having an expired inspection.

• One driver was cited for speeding.

• One citation was issued for the front windshield of a vehicle being cracked and not in safe operation.
