Travis Allen Walck, 28, of 335 E. Hazard St., Summit Hill, was arrested by Summit Hill police after a traffic stop on June 29 at the top of the Summit Hill-Lansford Hill, along Route 902.

Police charged him with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), driving under suspension and general lighting requirements.

Police said they conducted the stop because of non-illuminating lights on the vehicle, after which time they learned Walck’s license is suspended. A search of the vehicle results in police finding 15 packets of suspected heroin in Walck’s wallet, which was on the front seat of the car.
